About Me

Hi everyone! :) If you are reading this, I suppose you are seeking to find a bit more about me :) What can I tell you?

I was born in England and moved over to South Africa when I was seven. I can't tell you how much I love this place, despite its flaws :) I stay in Pretoria and matriculated at Cornwall Hill College. Currently, I study Veterinary Science at the University of Pretoria and love every part of it! I couldn't possibly live without the feeling of the sun on my back! I love to learn; Science is my passion. Where I come from, we study together and party together :) - Did I mention that I am quite the sentient :P x

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

What sparked the idea of joining was the possibility of my best friend and I travelling to Australia. I have no family over there, thus accommodation is limited.

It's no secret that travelling is in my heart and if this trip goes according to plan, I would use this site wherever I can :)

Interests

I enjoy sports like Tennis, Netball and Squash. Alternative hobbies include painting and, of course, I'm crazy about animals :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm a rock fan :) My favourite bands include Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Blink 182, Breaking Benjamin, Bring me the Horizon.. to name a few.

I can't say I have a particular favourite movie in mind, but I absolutely love war movies, or those about discovery and exploration- anything inspiring I guess :)

The Great Gatsby has got to be the book that has hit me most. Though, The Beneficiaries and The Kite Runner too.. I can't decide :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went to Malawi with a friend when I was 16. Might not mean much to you, but it meant the world to me :)

Countries I’ve Visited

Cyprus, France, Malawi, Mozambique, Spain

Countries I’ve Lived In
