About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I,m currently on a mission going to Univerisity across America setting up collective art peaces and encouraging the youth to set up collective art peace at family functions. I want to see the youth doing something that will make a difference.

ABOUT ME

Over the last 30 years I have hitchhiked, ridden a motorcyle or drive a van throughout America and Canada sharing how inportant it is to have a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ. What I've found in my travels is that everyone has a story to tell, Most of the time they don't have someone to share their story with because their freind are tired of hearing them. So I try to get them to tell a story about something that's happened in their life. When they are telling their story you become their friend because you took the time to listen. So from my over 30 years of treaveling throughout America and Canada I've heard and experience 1000's of story and may have even been a part of the few new one that they can share with their friends. I am also a Collective artist. What is a collective artist? A collective artist is someone who puts up a big a peice of cloth at events or just on the street and let people draw on the cloth. I am the conductor of this symphony of art. Already I have done art peaces in all 50 states. I'm a Christian on a mission to bring this simple idea to America first and then the world.

PHILOSOPHY

My simple philosophy for life is to make sure that you keep your words uplifting and your actions toward others filled with love. A word in time either lift a persons spirit or drain their spirit of life. Its much easier to say a kind word than a word of wrath.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So many time in my hitchhiking days people would pick me up and be so kind and let me sleep the night over at their homes. A couch in a friendily home is much better than a bed in a lonely hotel. Here is a story of a couch surfing experience. I was hitchhiking up in northern Wisconsin. The night before I had set up my tent in a open feild and it rain out causing my gear and myself to get wet. It was in Oct. so It wasn't fun the next day waking up wet and cold. That day I had gotten a few rides and around 4 in the afternoon A pichup truck stopped to pick me up. He was a lumberjack heading home after being in the woods for a whole week. I had said to myself the next person who picked me up I would ask them to drop me off in front of some kind of barn so I wouldn,t have to sleep out in the rain again. When I told the guy this after 20 or 30 minutes of conversation he invited me to his home to spend the night and have a good meal with him, his wife and children. Oh did it ever feel good to sleep on a warm couch. The nexted morning he drove me up to the main road and I was off again with my thumb held high. Its events like this that don't make the evening new that makes me love America.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have traveled to all 50 state capitals and done at least one sometime more collective art peace at each one. What is collective art? It is when I put up a peice of cloth and just let anyone draw on it. I am the director of the art peaces and make sure people follow a few simple guideline. One time as I was traveling in Wy. I got picked up in this van. About half way through to where he was going a rainbow formed outside of the van. For the next hour this rainbow followed us. Sometime in the distance and at other time we were right in it. What an amazing sight. Then just when I was getting out of the van it dieappeared. The sun had finelly set.

Teach, Learn, Share

What I've learned from my many years on the road called life is that who we meet we were suppose to meet so that we can either be taught or teach. In order for joy to be in our life we have to give our hearts love to other first. One of the simple pleasures of life is being able to speak a kind word to some one.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share many stories from my travels throughout America and Canada.
