ABOUT ME

I'm Ariel! I am American, 21 years old, and I just moved to England (Canterbury) from Paris. I lived in Paris for a year to teach maths at an international high school and to learn French, of course! And now in England I am doing my Masters degree :)

I love to travel and began my journey to visit as much of the world as possible when I studied abroad in Scotland for a semester a couple years ago. When I travel, I love to visit places in such a way that I can taste the local life instead of just seeing the touristic side of countries. I am now again living abroad for as long as possible to experience new cultures.

I am very musical! I love to sing and play the guitar, and I love a good live show :) I'm talkative, outgoing, optimistic, adventurous, ambitious, and I really care about people. I make a lot of mistakes but try to learn from each of them!

I've only used CS once so far, on my first trip to Paris! Clearly it was a great experience because I moved there afterward!

I have just joined, so I don't have many experiences yet. I hope this changes :)

兴趣

I love new places and trying new things, which is why I love to travel. I love music, singing. I love spending time with my family! I love experiencing new cultures, tasting new foods, doing things I'm afraid of... anything to make me feel the fullness of life.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

The sunrise over Paris out my bedroom window every morning :)

I went to Malta recently. Standing on the rocky coast of a sparsely inhabited island with bright, clear, blue water was so beautiful, I will never forget it.

Picnics under the Eiffel Tower with closest friends and good, cheap wine...

Accidentally stumbled into the Tour de France finish line! The magic of living in Paris...

Also, this is silly, but when I was in Amsterdam, we had apple pie for breakfast every morning... Why don't Americans do this? It was the best!
