ABOUT ME

I live in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina. I have followed 'synchronicities' in my life before, and have learned to trust them. That is what took me to New Mexico, Asheville, and Guatemala. It also led me to Chinese medicine, even though I already had other plans.

PHILOSOPHY

I try to live my life in a way that is respectful of myself and those I care about. I do my best to enjoy life and be grateful for the easy, the difficult, and everything in between!

I could share my knowledge of Chinese medicine, yoga, and massage. I would like to be more handy around the house-handy-person skills. I'm open to learning whatever could help me be more self-reliant:handy-person skills, etc.
