Hi there! :) My name is Adam. I love spending time outdoors, hiking, and driving long distances. I am a coach and studying psychology in Warsaw. Having left a corporate job i am now travelling and write about motivation, determination, human relations and communication. Journeys are such a great reasons to discover all that! For this purpose I made a walking and hitchhiking trip from Warsaw to Nordkapp, which was a wonderful and valuable set of experience. We believe in people, in kindness and we like to think of ourselves as an open-minded family. We also know what we absolutely disagree with and we stand for our values. I saw many people here who put strict conditions to hosting. This is not close to our hearts. We welcome you regardless whether you are a traveller, or coming for a course or other education and need a place to stay, or whatever good reason brings you to Warsaw. Life is a travel, we want to meet you if you are a good and open person, ready to exchange ideas and share kindness and wisdom.

I very much appreciate contact with people. It gives me energy. That's why I chose a profession based on close contact with people. I have lived abroad for many years in two countries, and I know such communities can make so much good. I want to be a part of it. We all love travels. And for us hosting people is like travelling, when we need to stay at home. Each new person we meet changes us, just like each trip we take. We learn a lot from each and every single guest. Thank you for this and we hope we gave you some inspiration, too!

I like different kinds of music, but not any music. Among my all time favorites would be Fiona Apple, Jamiroquai, Metallica, Fever Ray, Lykke Li, and many many others, this is a source that never dries up.

As a coach and a psychologist i feel particularly attracted to communication and individual styles of behavior. I also work in and teach a concept of Non Violent Communication. I have some useful and practical knowledge to share and i love doing so. I also believe in sharing kindness. Couchsurfing is a great reason to do so.
