ABOUT ME

I hate talking about me on a profile. But just for you, I'll give it a go.

I've just finished University (Although I don't graduate until July), and I've decided to travel a bit. I'm going to go ahead and assume that you like traveling too - since you're on this site. I love meeting people from different places, and one thing that i've recently found out is that I enjoy hearing folktales, legends and superstitions from different countries!

I do enjoy stories, Both reading/listening and telling/writing them - I like to think of myself as a creative person, and i'm quite open minded. When I was young I used to hate going outside, but I'm starting to enjoy it a lot more. I really like going to high places and looking over everything (Edinburgh has an old Volcano in the middle of the city that is perfect for this!)

PHILOSOPHY

The purpose of life is to enjoy yourself - in a way that makes other people enjoy themselves too.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've hosted in the past (once) - and now I'm planning on Surfing. I want to visit everywhere, and meet all the people! That'll probably take some time, so if you want to help by hosting or visiting me - that would be great!

(I've just left university, and do not yet have my own flat, so sadly cannot host anyone myself until I get a place :-( )

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've hosted before - but only after a long period of online conversation. I'm hoping to become a more active member of couchsurfing, both as a host and surfer, and get something really good to put here!

My conversations are often weird, and are about strange ideas that just come to me. But I can have all sorts of conversations - I'm flexible :-D.

Music, Movies, and Books

I cannot list the books I like. There are too many. Mainly fantasy books. I wish I could fly.

Movies are easier. My favourites are Lord of the Rings and Star Wars. The ones I watch most often are comedies though.

Music? I just have a whole bunch of different music that I put on shuffle...

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to learn. Anything and Everything (unless I already know it perhaps...). Right now, I'd love to learn french. But anything is fun.

Can I teach anything? I don't know... Maths maybe, but that's a boring thing to teach guests. However, if you ask me about something I'm interested in, I can talk about it for hours.
