I grew up and live in a small town and I am eager to explore the world in my free time. I want to see the places I visit from the perspective of the locals, and enjoy meeting new people from all walks of life.

Music: I am open minded to most music at a reasonable volume. Most of my iTunes is 90's grunge/alternative...it's when I grew up.

Movies: Thoughtful comedies. Horror. Anything that captures my attention and generates an emotion.

I know a pretty good deal about graphic design, web design, photography, multimedia, and the like. I am also an award-winning educator and know quite a bit about teaching, learning, and ed-tech integration.

I've traveled a decent amount domestically and am happy to share recommendations and advice for the places I have been.
