ABOUT ME

I like to travel not for travel itself - it is rather the final product, and the means is my passion for climbing and backpacking. I am also an avid craver of all things medicine - my background is mainly immunology, though in medical school and throughout my hoped-for career I plan to focus on chronic and terminal care.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Especially during winter months, my friends and I try to escape long cold nights as much as possible when hiking and climbing!

I am also more than happy to return the favor to those who find themselves in the Bay Area and are looking for a place to stay, some good company, and even a chance to sight-see that which I call home.
