My friends would say I am sociable, humble, funny, caring, helpful and overall a gentleman.

Interests

I spend time reading books on philosophy, I practice yoga, keep fit and practice martial arts. I am also a musician and play the piano. I write, both as a journalist and as a writer. I also help others keep fit and used to teach music.
