ABOUT ME

Oh dear, here comes the about me section..
Well I like to think I'm at least some fun to be around, otherwise why am I even here?! I'm always smiling through the best and worst of times as nobody wants to see a sour face, and I love people that do the same! I'm happy exploring new places, going out to old places and even winding down with a ton of food sat in front of a television screen. Every day is a winner.

Having just finished University I'm now at that stage where I'm attempting to chase the wildest of dreams. My current chase being down the writer/journalism route with very little success, but I'm hoping things will perk up! In the meantime, meeting new people and experiencing new lifestyles from across the globe seems like a beautiful opportunity that is simply too good to miss.

I was told by a dear friend and after a little contemplation, I am now fully up for the experience!

Brand new to couchsurfing! I hopefully will be able to add to this section in the years to come.

Interests

Interest wise, I'm a massive nerd at heart. Film/games/music/television/books are all on constant rotation in my head. Thankfully, some of these lead to some outdoor activity, like attending gigs and music festivals! Going to Glastonbury last year being a personal highlight.

Apart from that I studied History for three years at University so I am interested in most things ancient ( not all of it mind). I also like to explore new parts of the world whilst also enjoying the simple pleasures like a cold cider sat out in the sun.

Oh and almost forgot- As I'm 21 I do love a cracking party/night-out!

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: Drive, Toy Story, Let the Right One In, 50/50, Avengers, Aliens, The Social Network, Evil Dead 2, Scott Pilgrim Vs the World, Ratatouille, Kung Fu Hustle and many others along them lines.

TV: Breaking Bad, Walking Dead, Doctor Who, Game of Thrones - Been recently getting into all these massive tv shows.

Music wise, I bounce around alsorts! Personal favourites at the moment are : Frank Ocean, The Killers, Hot Chip, Arctic Monkeys, Sebastian, The Hives, The Cure and Kanye West.
