About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Leaving people better than I find them.
ABOUT ME
I graduated from uni a couple of years ago, experienced a new culture and way of life whilst working in Madrid and then started my current job. I work for a charity that puts people into the roughest schools in the UK without any training; it's a rollercoaster but I love it.
I surround myself with positive, fun, spontaneous, and outrageous people, most of whom keep me up too late misbehaving. You might end up becoming one of them...
Want to know more, then drop me a line and say hi - extra points for being funny ;)
PHILOSOPHY
'Today it the tomorrow that we worried about yesterday' and 'there is no failure, only feedback' are two of my cheesier philosophies :p
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I want to meet like-minded people and would be really interested in exchanging language skills over a coffee/wander through town...
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I had never heard of CouchSurfing until recently. I hope it isn't one of those sites where bearded middle-aged men pretend to be 20-somethings called Ana in order to corrupt innocent little blue-eyed angels like myself! :p
Interests
Writing, partying and trying new things are my favourite hobbies. I write blogs, in magazines, newspapers, you name it. Writing lets me express the creative side I sometimes ignored at university. Because of the partying...
I love playing the guitar, especially Spanish acoustic, and have a wide-ranging taste in music. I'll basically listen to anything that isn't by Miley Cyrus...
A more unique interest of mine is in the way that people interact and I am always seeking to learn new things about myself as a social being. I find it fascinating that only 7% of communication is verbal and I feel that a knowledge of things like body language can change the way people look at their world.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Standing on Kowloon Island with some awesome friends watching the Hong Kong Symphony of Lights erupt, every building on the skyline coming to life with music and colours against a stormy red sky and black streak of ocean in between.
Then getting really drunk.
