Overview
About Me
I'm usually an open-minded guy, sometimes tending to be too apologetical, in this case you're most welcome to tell me to be more consequential.
I also like to tell stories with a lot of details that lead nowhere. It doesn't happen necessarily, but it's better to be over the uneasy part.
I like to socialize with people even if we are far from each other in economic sense. I believe the value of people is independent from the size of their wallet and I'd love to be evaluated according to the same measures.
I tend to go by bike everywhere, Actually, I like travelling with most ways: driving, hitchhiking, going by train, by bus, on a boat. Airplanes are an exception, however, if we are already above the ground, it can be beautiful anyway.
I like to participate in whatever project I run into: the more if it's about volunteering, participatory things, social cohesion, languages, even arts, the better.
I love to play football, though I could never really learn the basics.
I love to cook, although I hate to choose and buy the ingredients - but the stirring part is more than great!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have friends who have been doing this CS stuff for a while so I've decided to start, too. Until now I never regretted it, while I had a lot of interesting encounters and experiences coming from it.
I still think that in a world where Uber and Airbnb can be labeled as 'sharing economy' and not many people raise their eyebrows hearing that, we really need these kind of platforms where the only profit you can make is the well-being and comfort of others and still, somehow, it feels at least as good as a bunch of money that you'd get in exchange elsewhere.
