COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I heard about such a website where people share their sofa years ago, then yester 2/12/11 a guy in my ostel had a great story about his trip. I realised I should join, as he had met a lot of people & made it clear that this was real travel! I would like to use this website to meet nice/crazy/cool people, make friends/connections and once home, return the favour to fellow travellers.

Im an active person, I love getting out to hike, and as I come from the Lake District, its in my blood. Im an Arsenal fan & also a St Helens RFL fan. I am also a follower of cycling, having raced for years as a kid. I guess these would be my main interests. I love watching TV, not just for the Simpsons, but documentaries & features on cool places & people, it gives me ideas as to where I want to go next. Living in Chester, the birthplace of CAMRA, I have become a big fan of real ale & cider, so if you know a good pint, that has had time & effort put into it, let me know.
