I'm a guy from the UK - mostly living in Durham and Bath/London.

At Uni. doing comp sci and socialising etc.

Rather tall it appears.

Want to visit Tokyo but can't afford it right now.

PHILOSOPHY

I try to have a good time and enjoy life as it comes. I try and do enough work to do well but it's not the most important thing in life.

The world is much bigger than just the UK and I want to see as much of it as possible and meet great people on the way!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment I live in shared accommodation or at home, so I can't really offer a couch.

Would happily have a coffee, or maybe tea, most of the time I'm in Durham (it's pretty cold and out of the way!).

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am yet to couch surf but myself and a friend are hoping to do as much as possible this summer on our tour of Europe.

I love Black Hawk Down. Also like The Incredibles, Enemy Of The State, Spirited Away and many more.

I love loads of music from ambient electronica to more mainstream indie to heavier music, e.g:

Books:

Hard to find time for books but I enjoy catching up on books when I have the time. Stuff by Ian Rankin's pretty good and Philip Pullman amongst others.

I enjoy cooking and can program - not sure how well I could teach either of these but I could give it a go!

I quite like to learn to play squash...
