Based in Perth, I'm trying to improve my photography whilst adventuring around WA and SE Asia

ABOUT ME

I grew up in a sleepy little village in rural Eastern England. Norfolk is the graveyard of ambition, and I realised that quite early in my adult life when I realised I wanted to see as much of the world as I could while everyone wondered why I'd want to go anywhere but the Costa Del Sol!
Travelling is my over riding passion. I love making new friends, meeting up with old ones and having adventures.

PHILOSOPHY

To see as much of this world as possible. There is 197 million square miles of this earths surface to see, dont confine yourself to 20.

Let's leave this place in a better condition than we found it; otherwise it would have been better if we hadn't been here at all.

兴趣

I like to be active by hiking, climbing and camping my way around when ever I can but I'm very much at home, relaxing at the bar with a nice cold pint or glass of Montepulciano or a nip of a Speyside sherry cask single malt. I'm a carpenter by trade but have changed careers to follow my passion of photography. I follow (and get angry about) current affairs; interested in genuinely changing things for the better, making society more equal and most importantly taking care of the environment. Some would say I'm a lefty, I think I just care.

Used to be very much into my music, especially the electronic scene with the likes of Justice, Soulwax, Digitalism, Aeroplane, etc. Have taken more of a back seat on that in recent years but do love a whole range of music from John Lee Hooker, Canned Heat, CCR, Hendrix, The Stones and The Doors to Bob Marley, classic hip hop, Scroobius Pip, Tame Impala, Metronomy, Arcade Fire, London Grammer and others.
Favourite authors: William Boyd and Naomi Klein
Favourite films: Casino Royale, The Jungle Book (Disney cartoon version), Shaun of the dead, Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Bourne, anything by Taika Waititi and most of DiCaprio's work.
