Dear travellers,

Two things:

- my current living situation doesn't allow me to host, but I will be happy to meet you.
- I've noticed currently that a lot of people mix Couchsurfing with a dating site, so please bear in mind that I do not look for anything. I'm on Couch because of its original idea, which is to travel the world and to meet great people along the way. Just so you know before you write to me or accept my request.

Now, something about me: I work in Luxembourg and live in Arlon, which is a nice (and cheaper) border town close to the vibrant Lux.
I'm the kind of person who spends all my money on travelling and food. Sometimes I might go a little crazy after a cup of coffee (not my fault, it's because of caffeine) but usually, I can enjoy it in silence. I like to talk but also to listen. I'm not always a ray of sunshine but I try to enjoy everything and take a lesson from bad experiences. In general, you can find me smiling.

As both a host and a couchsurfer, I try to be respectful, and flexible but, at the same time, I expect more or less the same from the people I host.

I have met so many great people thanks to Couchsurfing! As a (mostly) solo traveler, it is the best possibility to get to know locals and to spend some time with them.
And if I cannot travel, I can at least host and so be in contact with travelers from all over the world.

Music: Rock and metal, but also a bit of everything. I can switch to Taylor Swift while previously listening to Ozzy Osbourne. I'm a big fan of the 2000s pop-punk era of Avril Lavigne, Blink-182, Simple Plan, etc.
And I like female leads in rock/metal bands: Halestorm, The Pretty Reckless, In This Moment.

Movies: That would be a long list, so let's say that I love European cinematography, mostly Nordic and French movies. And I love fantasy, so yeah, you've guessed it, the Lord of the Rings.

Books: Well, Tolkien, of course. I also like classic literature and anything related to travelling.

Tried a real Finnish sauna and then swam in the super cold lake (it was November). Cool feeling!
