ABOUT ME

What to say to really describe me and be short and concise at the same time?

My mother says that I get the lust for traveling from her and the courage to go the the ends of the world from my father.
I have a thirst for knowledge, every day I am learning something new: from the people I meet, from books, from Internet, from places I go. I don't look for riches, I believe in the simple life (I guess that I am the new type of hippie of the 21th century).

I would say I am a wonderful, amazing, funny, charming, honest, great, sociable, sweet, caring, loyal, beautiful, nice, childish, friendly, smiling person. You are having your doubts? … you should know me first and then decide.

PHILOSOPHY

You can make your life miserable or beautiful... the effort is the same.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I will surf on people's couches and get people to surf on mine. Try to meet the members of the CS community in my city and when I am traveling.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Well it wasn't exactly through CS, I met a girl from Helsinki for 5 minutes in a hostel in Riga and because me and my boyfriend were looking for a place to stay in Helsinki, she offered to house us. I had some of my best nights and conversations during my stay there. Hope to have the same with CS... I am addicted to meeting these type of persons

Well the obvious ...traveling, learning new languages and really feeling the spirit of the place I am in and not just some empty photos of important buildings.

Sports: swimming, jogging and hiking.... mmmm and sauna.

Computers and internet... I learned about myself that I could live without them but still it was really hard.

Meeting "people with substance" (I hope this expression makes sense also in English).

Dancing till dawn and having fun.

Watching movies and listening to music...I think that I can direct a movie now considering how many movies I saw. But I will never be able to sing, I mean sing smth that others will like to listen. I would rather have better chances with writing the lyrics of the songs.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I left home for 10 days and came back in 3 months... paths and doors were opening in front of me
I didn't saw anything amazing but in the same time I saw things that touched me... from the walls of a building that 500 years ago were touch by warriors, or a breathtaking landscape, to the marvelous inventions of science.

I always want to teach and to learn from my/others experience and culture. I like to cook and I can teach some of that while enjoying the kitchen conversations.
I would like to learn to dance Samba... so take me dancing.
