Overview
About Me
I'm from a rural place in France. I like to think I live a slow, and simple life. I enjoy being outside, feeling at peace surrounded by trees. I'm really curious about what surrounds me in general and I genuinely like to hear about people's stories. I consider myself a social person but I'm also learning I need to be in my bubble from time to time. And as I'm used to travel solo, Im pretty independent and don't mind being on my own.
I grew a lot in the past few years in the values I'm caring about. I'm giving most of my time in collectives and associations that help out people on the move.
I'm interested about all kind of alternatives to capitalism - from living in squats to organic farming, community living, and basically everything that can help with an auto-sufficient lifestyle.
So to summarize I'd say that simple things make me happy: a cup of coffee, some music, abolition of borders and I'm down for anything!
oh and PS : israel is committing a genocide in Palestine
free Congo, free Sudan, free Kanaky
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Traveling by using couchsurfing makes me feel like I'm part of a community. It's like i'm visiting relatives each time I'm being hosted. It is laborious sometimes as I spend a lot of time writing really personal requests in another language but it is so so worth it. I am truly thankful for the people I met while traveling that made me feel like I was home and for the moments we shared.
And I do prefer discovering a place through people's perspectives and stories- rather than through a touristic brochure !
Interests
Cooking farmers market's leftovers, reading while listening to jazz, drinking herbal tea, walking around without purpose, and other stuff ! I try to do more creative activities like knitting and collage.
