I study English Literature (I read way too much) and German in the lovely city of Exeter, in Devon, South West England. Although currently living in Salzburg, Austria.

One of the main reasons I want to couch surf is to get out of my comfort zone some more and experience life from someone else's perspective... being a university student can sometimes feel quite insular!

Books: So many! Recently I have like Blindness by Jose Saramango. 1984 has always been a favourite of mine too. I really love lots of Modernist literature - Virginia Woolf, T.S Eliot, Pound, Joseph Conrad, Faulkner, Auden, F. Scott Fitzgerald, Kafka, Mina Loy,.
