I grew up and went to school in North Carolina and called Los Angeles home for 13 years. Now I live outside Nashville. I've traveled the world playing rugby and am constantly on the search for a bit of breeze (I love sailing), good music (all kinds, but especially reggae and electronic), and all kinds of adventure. I'm a business owner, a student of life, and a good friend.

To me, the amount of laughter and happiness are the only metrics deserving of measurement.
