About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To explore the reaches of my mind through education and experiences.

ABOUT ME

I enjoy travel, wine and beer, food and cooking, socialising and living life in serch of new experiences...I have worked in the UK and Europe, travelled the world and continue to look out for my true vocation...I'll know when I see it or feel it!

I walked el Camino Frances May - July 2012, stayed in Spain, lived here and worked here ever since. Now in limbo slightly....waiting to see what the outcome of Brexit is, it’s insane! Been walking Camino every year in Spain and living it large.

PHILOSOPHY

Leave no negative trace, only a positive impression.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Meetings and being hosted if I'm not travelling...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Although not through CS I have been hosted by many people around the world and always enjoyed the experience...some tales to tell over a cup of tea or a beer or two!

Interests

Film and music of course, innovation, entrepreneurship, geopolitics, current affairs, travel, SCUBA, Backgammon, Cribbage, wine, food and living life to the full....nothing ventured nothing gained!

Music, Movies, and Books

Hard house, Balearic beats, classical, contemporary, urban (not R&B!), reggae....eclectic mixes of sounds and styles. I read a great deal of business texts and some other genres, fiction or fact, the classics as well as the modern and of course travel books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Been to so many World Heritage sites during a RTW trip, I don't know where to begin, but once you set me off talking it'll all come flooding back! A taster would be that I have viewed the Peruvian (in terms of geography ;) Nasca lines form the air....how and why did those people do it?

Teach, Learn, Share

Always willing to teach, learn and share...a day that goes by where you haven't learnt something, taught someone or given something freely is a wasted day.

Ask me anything, I have an eclectic knowledge of the mundane through to the bizarre, and I'm happy to share!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Good food, good tales, good vibes.
Humour!
