ABOUT ME

Food - I absolutely love it! They say the way to a man's heart is through his stomach, and this perfectly applies to me. I love trying new cuisines and new items, and I'm always reading reviews for restaurants far beyond my budget. Give me an item I've never tried before and you'll rarely see me refusing it.

I have travelled quite a bit for a 21 year old, but there's so much more I would like to see and experience. One day, when I am old and frail, I want to be able to tell my grandchildren that I lived a full and eventful life.

I feel that life is too short - I really pity the people who are called 'successful' because of their money but they barely have enough time to enjoy themselves.

PHILOSOPHY

Enjoy every moment in life, because it's not gonna come back to you. Plus, you're going to die/get sick/get old, so might as well live while you can!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have surfed twice now (in Sydney), and what an experience it has been! I listened to and shared so many stories and have met so many well-travelled people. I can't wait to do it again!

Interests

Love love love food! I like to seek thrills and anything that pushes me to new heights. I'm a big fan of meeting new people and learning through meeting others.

Take me to a rowdy pub or take me to a zen garden, I will enjoy both equally - I like to think of myself as open-minded.

Best experience in life - Skydiving over the Palm Islands in Dubai. Overpriced? Yes. Worth it? Hell yeah!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I don't think I'm a great cook or anything, but if you want me to cook some authentic Sri Lankan cuisine, I will certainly try my best (Warning: It's gonna be SPICY!).

I can share the stories from my travels abroad, and I can share my views of the world. I can teach what (little) I know about traditions and culture in the places I've visited and lived in.

Most of all, I'll hopefully bring some happiness and humour into your life!
