I'm a student at Nazarbayev University, keen on playing basketball and chess. I'm an amateur dancer of Latin dances (bachata, salsa). I also can and love playing on guitar, piano, and ukulele. I spend my free time watching variety series and movies, also I like to do any sort of activity leisure (hiking, gym, etc.)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm going to visit my girlfriend who start her education in Milan. Unfortunately, it's hard to work a lot because of my study in the university, so I try to find any opportunity how I can meet her and make her a surprise. In addition to that, when I was working as a volunteer I really liked all foreigners whom I have met, all their stories, their traditions and cultures opened to me some other worlds which I decided to discover in future. So I want to solve both of these problems at once. I think that it is an amazing experience to travel to other people because sometimes I and other people might be shy to start speaking with others, but this service helps to overcome this barrier.

Music, Movies, and Books

I really like Jazz! I'm a big fan of Louis Armstrong, Nat King Cole, Frank Sinatra, and Edith Piaf. I think that current hip-hop music takes some elements from the Jazz, so I listen to Billie Eilish, Finneas, Post Malone, Drake, ZAYN, A$AP Rocky and others. I took classes in musical school so I like to listen to classics too, especially compositions on piano, violin, and saxophone.
I like watching all types of movies, however, it all depends on my mood. Sometimes, when I feel depressed I want to watch inspirational movies like The Pursuit of Happyness with W.Smith. I really like to laugh so every comedy with Adam Sandler is something special for me. Recently I have started watching horrors because I need some portions of adrenaline in my blood)
My favorite books are a trilogy of J. R. R. Tolkien - The Lord of the Rings. It is my favorite story. I also like to read some "real" stories from the "real" world like books of the Hemmingway "A Farewell to Arms". Despite of novels I like to read business literature of Robert Kiyosaki and Stephen Covey.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

If you ask about something that I created, then I'm an engineer so on my project task I have done and programmed a pump which helps to deliver water from one can to another with different speed
If you ask about something that I have done, it was flying on the paraplane(paraglider) which showed me what is a true definition of freedom:) I was really scared of height before I tried it

Teach, Learn, Share

I think that foreigners are really interested in our lifestyle, at least in the lifestyle of our ancestors. I really want to share with people information about how beautiful and gorgeous my country is. Moreover, I'm looking forward to seeing others point of view, other traditions, and cultures in order to understand the nature of humanity.
