ABOUT ME

I am generally prone to discussions that center around ideas and/or concepts and those that follow no logical pattern. I love to sing loudly and very off key. I adore plants and cute bugs. I take every opportunity to go bare foot. I like to push my limits. I enjoy other people enjoying the food that I cook. I like rain but prefer sunshine on the ocean. I still sleep with a teddy bear. I'd pick wine over beer and whiskey over tequila. My favorite color is blue but I'm also partial to green. I like to meditate. I aspire to better my person through new experiences and self-reflection.

PHILOSOPHY

I live my life by very simple concepts: simplicity, empathy, consideration and good will.

I host couchsurfers and hope to one day become one myself.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Living in a cooperative, my home has hosted couchsurfers from all over the world and a multitude of backgrounds. We had a nice group of cyclist who were on a biking tour across the stat, a Frenchman who made us crepes and some awesome musicians.

The most amazing accomplishment of my life to date has been building strong, long lasting relationships with some of the most beautiful people I have ever met.

I am capable of teaching basic cooking and baking skills as well as some tradition Mexican cooking. I have some botany experience and knowledge of native California ecosystems. I would love to learn new recipes, art techniques, music skills, languages and anything informative or insightful.
