I recently completed my 200 HR yoga teacher training and love spontaneous yoga classes, or moving through a few poses to work out all the every-day knots you may have
I've been bartending for ~2 years so I can make a hell of a cocktail
I also completed my Reiki II training so I've got that healing touch and am happy to offer a free session
