We should leave this planet and the place we live in - in a better state than we found it. Reuse, recycle. Plant based diet has transformed my life, and wish that people could understand it too.( A less known fact: The mass consumption and production of red meat is one of the most concerning and alarming reasons globally, resulting in large scale deforestation, excess utilisation of natural resources including water for raising fodder.

Though it is a personal choice, but we need to give time to this earth to heal, from takers let us become the givers. Live, love and be kind to people we meet :) Leave smile where ever we go, who knows who might be in need of it !!!
