About Me
Hi! I’m a Palestinian currently living in Cardiff, Wales, after a long stretch of traveling and supporting my wife during her PhD journey. In the past couple of years, we've lived in Italy, France, Jordan, and now the UK. I studied music and have worked in everything from content editing to logistics to managing life transitions (my own and others') — but these days, I’m focusing more on learning, growing, and soaking in the world.
I’m chill, open-minded, clean, a good listener, and very respectful of people’s time, space, and boundaries. I love connecting with folks from all walks of life, and I value meaningful conversations over superficial small talk.
I also cook mean Palestinian meals and will probably offer to feed you. 😄
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I’m on Couchsurfing because I love connecting with real people, not just ticking off places on a map. I believe that hospitality and cultural exchange are powerful ways to build understanding — especially in a world that can feel disconnected.
I experienced this kind of connection back home in Palestine, where I hosted and was hosted even before I had an account. Now that life has shifted and I’m able to travel more — often with my wife or close friends — Couchsurfing feels like the most meaningful way to keep those human moments alive while discovering new places
