ABOUT ME

I am a born and raised Pacific Northwest boy. I love the beach, the gorge, big green trees and anything water related. I've got a science degree but feel that my destiny lies in a less structured world. As long as I have my bikes, beer and some good friends to cook for I am pretty happy.

PHILOSOPHY

I like to think of myself as an ethical hedonist. My goal is to seek out as much pleasure from the world as long as it does not cause pain to anyone else.

I'm completely new to this whole thing, but after my girlfriend's amazing experience couch-surfing through Europe, I feel the need to surf myself.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Macchu Pichu was the most amazing thing I have ever seen until I puked all over it. Altitude and instant coffee do not mix. Watch out Sphinx, you're next!

Teach, Learn, Share

I am an amazing knife sharpener and shoe polisher! They are my two mundane yet zen activities. Gimme a tin of polish and some knee-high boots and I will make it so you can style your hair in them. I've always wanted to learn how make a great pie crust. they are always tough and fall apart.
