I am a runner who despises a stagnant life. I love to meet new people and develop connections that span past superficiality.

PHILOSOPHY

I consider myself a Runnerist. The Runnerist life philosophy incorporates peace, love, and understanding in an intertwined connection between both the physical and mental aspects of the human experience. Our bodies are outward manifestations of our mentality, and visa versa.

I question life, and enjoy relating our life in a multi-faceted approach combining sociological, environmental, and scientific entities to explain how we can develop a clearer and more solidified version of Truth and our existence. I also can teach how to run incorporating nutrition and training plans!
