I am Adriane, a young woman of 28 from Toulouse in the South of France. My personality is to always learn new things, meet new people, find solutions to problems (I am rather crafty), I am dynamic and quite calm, always happy to have a good chat with people around me.

As I am passionate about agriculture I graduated as an agronomist in 2019. Then I worked in the largest European group in agriculture, my objective was to find and test digital solutions with farmers to help them in their daily work.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

After 4 years I ended my work in September. My project now is to take this opportunity to travel in the world. I want to discover new cultures, learn from farmers having innovative and sustainable practices and of course enjoy Costa Rica that I dream of visiting for a long time!

Music, Movies, and Books

I like all kind of music but especially electroswing (Caravan Palace, Parov Stelar, Deluxe...), rock (The Vaccines, The Strokes, Arctic Monkeys..), electro (Polo & Pan, Ratatat..) and French songs, old and new singers ! I play piano so I love classical music (Chopin, Mozart, Beethoven..) :)

My favorite movies are "Fight Club", "Django Unchained", "Kill Bill (I love all Tarantino movies !) :)

I love reading, stories but also philosophy and essays. Currently I am reading Ecotopia, it is an utopia taking place in SF where they have achieved to reach a "stable-state" of ecological impact. Amazing !
