Overview
About Me
Hello! I'm a 21 y/o Spanish aerospace engineering student at Purdue University. I'm only staying in the US for a year and I want to see and do as much as I can.
My whole life has been pretty related to traveling. From my parents (who have been traveling since the first met), track meets and championships around the world, years studying abroad, interrail, Camino de Santiago, small trips whenever I had time... And everywhere there's always a common factor: the people. Sounds like a cliché but the best memories I have of all those trips is the people who either I was traveling with or either the people who I met. Some of them I basically consider them as family (Ray, Ashley, Leona and Gerard that's for you guys).
I want to keep discovering the world and it's people, and some day even make it to the waihi falls (I can tell you this plan sometime, is really cool tho).
(Fully vaccinated)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
If you think about the best memories you have with friends (or more than friends...) where and when are they? For the most part (at least for me) is traveling. While visiting new places is when you get to know people better, and also when you get to know yourself better, through experiences and anecdotes.
That's the reason why I'm on Couchsurfing.
Interests
I love sports and arts. Ever since I was little my mother used to take me to all kinds of cultural events. Everything from an art exhibit, to a classical music concert passing through a dance show. I also have been doing track and field my whole life!!

Music, Movies, and Books
Honestly if it got a good soundtrack I'd love it: Interestelar, Star Wars, Amélie, Jurassic Park... You name it!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The interrail! Moving across Europe from city to city and from train to train was, without a doubt, the best trip I have ever done in my life. All the people I met and all the places I discovered were just breathtaking.
Also worth mentioning the Camino de Santiago. Which is a peregrinism where during the time you want you walk from a certain city to Santiago de Compostela, and during this trip, the other unknowns travelers become your family. Definitely an experience worth living it.
Teach, Learn, Share
I would love to teach anyone Spanish dishes. Definitely one of my strengths thanks to my grandma! I used to help her cooking. There's a saying that she used to tell me a lot: "La mejor forma de conquistar a alguien es mediante el paladar" which basically means "The best way to make someone fall in love with you is through good food".
Right now I'm in a moment of my life where I want to learn about everything and everyone. (Always open to learn how to play the guitar tho).
Sharing a beer and laughs with friends around the world is the best plan I can think off.
What I Can Share with Hosts
The most important thing is a nice time! Sharing laughs and experiences. I can also teach you secret Spanish recipes from my grandma ;)
