Overview
About Me
I'm 29 years old, I was born in Miami, Florida but my parents decided to get back to Bolivia when I was 1 year old, so I've grown up and lived in La Paz Bolivia ever since. I've studied commercial engineering, I finished my career on June 2008. Since 2009 I've been working at Kirah Design, a local company that works with artisans and produces crafts with different raw materials. I live with my grandparents, brother and mother. I also take jazz dance classes at nights after work. I'm engaged to my 9 years boyfriend.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've read about couchsurfing a long time ago maybe ten years ago, I loved the idea of traveling and staying with local people and exchange your own experiences, plus meeting people around the world. I love my country and I've traveled a lot around Bolivia and I'm willing to help foreigners to not feel like foreigners anymore while they are staying in Bolivia, show them hidden spots and special places you only get the chance to know when you walk upside down your country or your city, plus the experience of knowing new friends and people with different life experiences.
Interests
I like to learn things, I like to read a lot, I like to bake (I've grown up with my grandmother), love to travel, right now I'm into dance, learn new languages.
Right now I help my brother with a small bussiness he started by making his own canned sauces, we are working in different local fairs. I hope someday to have my own bussiness, wich is still in progress as an undeveloped idea.
