Currently living sometimes on the southern pacific coast of Mexico, enjoying the gift of sharing some of my practices with others for a living in this lovely place. I am here part of the year. When I leave, I travel and study intensively, and focus on my own practice. I am a dual citizen of the US and Mexico, and am a local and a tourist in both, but primarily I am a citizen of mother earth, and listen to her words.

Intereses

Each moment of life presents opportunities to dive in and savor. I like it all! Often I am surfing or enjoying quiet moments, sometimes in a hammock. I teach a lot of yoga, and offer healing thai bodywork. These are work and part of my spiritual practice, things I love.
