I am a student from the States studying abroad this semester in Barcelona and I am hoping to travel as much as I can and experience European culture while I am here.

I'm on couchsurfing so I can get the most out of my traveling experiences. I think the best way to truly immerse myself in the culture is to meet locals and experience the city through their eyes, rather than just going to the tourist traps. Therefore I am looking for someone to show me around the city and/or give me tips on places to visit. I am hoping to share my culture with others and learn from them as well.

Music is often the motivation behind my travels. I love live music and if any of my favorite artists are in a country near me, I will travel to see them live. I live in Barcelona but I travelled to London to see a pop punk band called The Story So Far, to Amsterdam for several electric dance music djs, and I plan to travel to Belgium for a band called Bring Me The Horizon.

I have gone to a four day camping festival in the forest called Electric Forest which was an amazing experience

I am an avid listener with an open mind who is interested in learning more about your culture and experiences and I am go with the flow and up for anything so I can have a good time in any setting. Whether it be going out for drinks or taking a walk through a local park.
