ABOUT ME

My name is Adriano, 34 years old and I was born in São Paulo, Brazil. I've been living in Dublin, Ireland since April 2012. I used to work as a lawyer in Brazil for 6 years and decided to come to Ireland to study English for one year. I felt in love with this city and I would like to stay here for more few years.
I'm easygoing person and I would like to meet people from different parts of the world...If you are coming to Dublin and wanna take a stroll around the city, grab a pint or coffee and tips about the city, don't hesitate to contact me. I work in a nightclub so I'm really busy from Friday to Sunday but I'll be able to meet up during the day.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've been hosting people in Dublin and I stayed in some surfers' house as well. I've been meeting lots of people who come to Dublin and providing them lots of information about the city that I've been living since April 2012. Normally I give some advice about places that I think it's worth to visit, short trips to small towns near Dublin city, taking a stroll around the city centre. I try to host people as much as I can but I share my flat with other people and sometimes they invite their friends and I won't be able to host anybody in this case. So far, I've just had great experiences on this website and I'm so excited every time that I host someone or when I go abroad and have the chance to meet locals.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've met several surfers in Dublin as well as in some places that I've visited and I have been hosting people in my flat. At moment, I'm hosting more than surfing because I m working a lot and don't have time to travel. I love cooking some Brazilian dishes to my guests and try to show more interesting things about my country.

Zainteresowania

Tennis, Surfing, swimming, Photography. I'm interested in films and books about Second World War.
I like photos as well and I really enjoy taking lots of photos when I visit places.

Muzyka, filmy i książki

I Like Rock, Reggae, surf music, MPB ( Música Popular Brasileira ). I like films about Second World War and documentaries. I do enjoy Traditional Irish music so if you decide to stay at my place, I'll definitely invite you to go to some pub and enjoy the Irish Craic :) drinking a pint of Guinness.

flying to Italy over the Alps was one of the most beautiful things that I've seen in my life.

I've been organizing an English conversation since July 2012 in Dublin. I try to help people who just arrive in Dublin and neither speak the language nor have friends here. I really enjoy doing it because I have the chance to meet people from different parts of the world.
