CURRENTLY
I am travelling throughout Europe for the year with my friend Hadley. We both recently graduated university and are taking a bit of time off to see the world. This is kind of a profile for the both of us.

Hadley comes from Arizona and I am originally from New Mexico. Before we left the US I was writing in Los Angeles and Hadley was working at a tribal college in North Dakota.

We love reading, watching movies (we have a not-so-guilty pleasure in Disney movies...), playing card games, and talking. We really like making new friends, and exploring new places with them. Food and chocolate are huge for us, we pretty much structure our lives around them! Oh and wine...we also really like wine.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Aside from doing Workaway and HelpX missions, Hadley and I also want to Couchsurf because we like to meet locals and get to know cities from their eyes. We like getting the secret, inside details of a new place, and having new friends all over the world!

Our goal is to make a family everywhere we visit. Also, we want to show you our homes! I love offering tips and advice about Los Angeles and Hadley has a ton of info about the American Southwest. Whenever we get back to the States we would love to host any of our new friends.

Reading and writing, movies, television, hiking, food, learning about new cultures, practicing languages, meeting new friends, playing card games (we've got a few really good ones to teach you!), dancing, good music, silly jokes...aaaand taking trains to beautiful places.

Right now, we like listening to Hozier, Sam Smith, Milky Chance, Klingande, Kasey Musgraves, Whitney Houston (we do a killer I Wanna Dance With Somebody karaoke), OneRepublic and Walk the Moon.

I really like Stephen King and Hadley reads more books than she can even keep track of. Rights now she is into mysteries.

When it comes to movies we are kids at heart. Tangled, Brave, Frozen, the Lego Movie... and White House Down.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

On this trip, we went to a secret Chinese restaurant in Lisbon, a speakeasy in Sevilla, and frolicked around the Leaning Tower of Pisa in the full moon. Other than that, Hadley has been skydiving and I've ridden ATVs around Mykonos.

I can practice Spanish with you, and Hadley can teach you how to cook banana bread.

We have a million+ card games and drinking games that we love teaching people. And we always want to learn more!
