ABOUT ME

I am a native Coloradoan who has always had the heart for travel and adventure, if not the time and the funds to follow it. As my children are growing, and one almost gone, I am finding a bit more freedom to bring out that free-roaming spirit.
My passions include natural medicine, bodywork, explorations of consciousness and Spiritual pursuit.
I am excited to broaden my mind, heart and experience through my travel, immersing myself into the depths of other cultures and peoples and welcoming all the wonders I find into my world.

PHILOSOPHY

For me, life is about connecting with the most authentic self that I can find. To dig deep within the layers of myself, my culture and the world in order to fully experience each moment, every breath. To tap into the field of my heart, to be of service, to find bliss when it is offered up and to grow, learn and experience all that is here on this magnificent planet.
Sometimes this is all easier of course with a nice vodka and a twist of lime .

There is not much in which I am not interested.
I Love to hang out with Mother Nature, hiking primarily, although I am usually up for just about anything outside.
Excellent books are a passion. Stephen Buhner, Pam Montgomery, Paulo Coehlo, Neil Gaiman are currently on my shelf.
Spirituality and consciousness exploration, meditation, yoga, music, great conversation, travel, energy, healing, nutrition, writing are the myriad ways in which I spend my days.
