ABOUT ME

I am a recent grad that decided that on his funding, he could spend a few weeks in Europe or a few months in South East Asia; I chose the latter. I am an aspiring writer looking to have as many experiences as possible, and to learn about other cultures and ideas. As a result, I would love to discuss cooking, stories, or even learn a bit of the local tongue if you're tolerant enough to deal with my initial fumbling efforts. :3

PHILOSOPHY

Traveling is a lot like driving. If you don't have a zen attitude about it, not only are you going to miss a lot, you might end up in a ditch on fire.

I have a smattering of knowledge in half a dozen cultures, including South African, American, British, and Japanese. I am seeking knowledge on language, cultures, and mindsets to try and expand myself as much as possible. On the more practical side, I'm fairly good with electronics, and am a whiz at computers. I am also a very capable proofreader and am willing to help with translations. More to come as it occurs to me.
