Im an adventurous person, currently living in Hawaii! I love anything aquatic related, Swimming, Diving, waterpolo, SCUBA, surfing/body surfing, etc!

Currently working on my Masters Degree in Kinesiology and Biomechanics at the University of Hawaii, doing my research on swimming butterfly. I am also a volunteer assistant coach with the swim and dive team.

Im always more interested about the hidden spots, the ones that aren't advertised or big tourist spots! Id rather hang out with someone and really get to know a place well, then get a hotel and travel to a bunch of big locations. To me, you haven't really been someplace if you haven't experienced it for how it is, and just visiting tourist locations doesn't really give a description of what a place is really like!

Also, I like to travel to a lot of swim meets. Since Im a volunteer sssistant coach, not all of the trips and meets I want to go to are covered by the University. Couch surfing makes it feasible to attend more meets and learn more about the sport.

兴趣

I was an athlete in high school and college. Swimmer and Diver in college, and high school waterpolo, swimming and pole-vaulter, so I pretty much enjoy anything thats active, but especially water related. In Hawaii, when Im not at the pool coaching or doing research (which is a lot of the time i confess) I often stand up paddle, snorkel, body surf, cliff dive, or go on hikes. I also really enjoy photography, and have gotten into taking pictures of the team and my friends when we go on trips or adventures.

I enjoy taking photos, especially of people I know and have met. I have stories of swimming with whales and cliff diving around Honolulu, but I also love to listen and learn. I'm all about having a conversation with someone that goes past the small talk, so your actually able to get to know them.
