I'm fun (at least my friends think so. I think), a bit nerdy, easy to get along with, and super considerate, especially when speaking of others' homes. I watch a lot of stand up comedy, adore cats (I love dogs as well though), may get carried away into linguistics.

When I travel, I am usually out all day exploring sites, but I am happy if you want to join )) If you are hosting me, I'll make myself as small as possible it terms of taking up your space, I am neat and respectful.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I am fairly new to Couchsurfing at this point, but I already love this community! Based on my experience so far, it unites brilliant, open-minded, and travel-enthusiastic people, which sounds just too perfect. I know it sounds cliche, but I really believe that meeting new people it's one of the best things about traveling. I have done some traveling across the U.S. and what I always enjoy most is getting to know new places on a personal level, instead of going for the mainstream tourist spots.
I look for opportunities to meet with people over events and sometimes to stay at places I visit and make new friends.

UPDATE:
It seems some people have different understanding of "open-minded" than mine. For me it means accepting and embracing different cultures, backgrounds, religions, and so on. For me it does not imply any "second option" to couch surfing or intimacy. I am here to meet and share experiences with travelers and make new friends, for other things I can look on tinder or wherever else.

I read a lot, so it is always difficult for me to point out what was best, different names come to my head at different times. The ones I will keep coming back to and can read an infinite number of times are Master and Margarita, 1984, and LoTR. I will not even get into movies, I love cinematography and constantly search for something worth adding to the "worthy" shelf. As far as music is concerned, I am really open minded and can enjoy almost any kind in a good company and appropriate setting.

I've driven for 22 hours straight through a snow storm to get from NY to New Orleans on my Spring break from school. Yes, it was worth it :)
