ABOUT ME

My roommate, Lisa, and I are fun, easy-going people. I am usually laughing or trying to make people laugh, although I think my sense of humor can tend to be a little off sometimes... We are both vegetarians, and are happy to share our kitchen and food, you just won't find any meat there. I have been living in Fort Collins for a little over seven years now, and I am excited to help others experience this awesome town.

Intereses

I love music, and am always listening to it. I love to share music, so bring your iPod or some cds and I'll always hook you up with something new. I am also a big fan of board games. We have a ton of them and am always looking for someone who wants to play. I like video games (We Love Katamari, Kingdom Hearts, Scribblenauts, etc.) and some comic books, so I guess you could call me something of a nerd at heart. I also like to go out from time to time, though it has been more infrequent of late. We are big movie people, and have a large collection.

Música, películas y libros

A few of my favorite movies: Nightmare Before Christmas, The Princess Bride, Labyrinth, Pan's Labyrinth, Edward Scissorhands, Little Shop of Horrors, etc. My newest favorite is Inception. I love Tim Burton very much. I am also a big fan of Vincent Price.

We are music lovers in this household, so be ready to be exposed to that. Artists/bands we are often heard listening to: Passion Pit, Arcade Fire, Ida Maria, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Tegan and Sara, Vampire Weekend, Feist, Kate Nash, Radiohead, Sia, Maria Taylor, Damien Rice, The Decemberists... and on and on and on.

Books: High Fidelity by Nick Hornby is one of my favorite books, along with The Perks of Being a Wallflower, and all Harry Potter (again, nerd at heart.) I always have a book to read, and recently purchased The Graveyard Book by Neil Gaiman and Rich Again by Anna Maxted (a very clever British author- one of my favorites.
