I've been a world traveler most of my life, lived in several countries mostly because something powerful pulls me there, I follow the energy. Lived in India 8 years, Japan nearly 5, Mexico 6 years, UK 1.5 years, Isreal 6 months.

I'm a writer and deep thinker concerned about making the world a better place and doing what I can to contribute to positive systemic change. I live with purpose and activate others to find theirs.

I love to be in nature, hiking, hot springs, dancing kizomba, bachata, and Cuban salsa, also love doing zumba workouts, going to the gym, meditation, and eating healthy foods.

when I'm unwinding and want to chill you can find me binge-watching a good Netflix series.

for books, these days im writing as much as possible and while walking & cleaning listen to audible... i read mostly non-fiction but love a good travel story like Holy Cow, so funny.
