ABOUT ME
Raised the kids and then decided to go exploring. Been "homeless" since January 2006. That said, I've spent a lot of my time working on other people's boat up and down the east coast of the US and down in the Florida Keys and the Bahamas. I hope to work my way further south as time goes on. Along the way I got my USCG captain's license.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
After spending a nervous hour in a fog bank coasting along the edge of the main shipping channel approaching New York City on a 60' sailboat, the fog lifted. I sailed into New York Harbor at dusk as the lights of Manhattan lit up, with the Statute of Liberty ahead, and with a full moon rising above New York. It was magical.
