ABOUT ME
I'm pretty laid back and although not too outgoing, I still love meeting new people.
I spend too much time training and working and make a point of enjoying my weekends.
I love food and almost any food related activity, whether it be baking, cooking, or - my favorite - eating!
I have an incredible sweet tooth and consider myself a connoisseur of fine chocolates :)

Music, Movies, and Books
While I read mostly nonfiction nowadays, I love a lot of older literature and poetry. In particular, the works of Zola, Marquis de Sade, T.S. Eliot, Nietzsche, Pablo Neruda, Hermann Hesse....
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
On 9/11/2001, I was residing a mere 30 miles from NYC. From the hills of my town, we could see the large, black clouds of chaos as school let out.
Teach, Learn, Share
There's an elegance to theoretical cosmology, an inevitability to it. There comes a point when you're working your way through the maths of general relativity, and you realize that this is how it is and that it could be no other way, and you suddenly understand that the same principle that makes an apple fall from a tree also shapes the entirety of creation. One simple law of physics — and it is simple, despite the tensors and Christoffel symbols and covariant and contravariant components and all that. This one ludicrously simple law of physics shapes everything.
