ABOUT ME

I love being outside. It grounds and centers me, and generally makes me a better person.

I also love to dance. I teach and perform aerial dance and partner acro. I love contact improv, and go to Ecstatic Dance regularly.

I have a healing arts practice. Some of the modalities I work with are Constellations, NLP, and Somatic Experiencing.

I utterly love opening my home to others, and also so appreciate being welcome into the homes of others. I have been on both halves of this social-human relationship-trust game, and I love it.

I currently don't live in a place or moment in my life when I can host, but will return to it when I again can.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I have been blessed with many opportunities to travel &/or live in about 10 different countries, including (in reverse order) South Africa, Costa Rica, Greece, Mexico, New Zealand, India, Tanzania, England, and France. Oh, Canada too.

I have also had a blast thru-hiking the AT in 2001 and biking through the western US in 2002.

This past summer (2016) I took a road trip just me, myself & I that lasted for 2.5 mo and 10,000 miles. So many lovely people & moments. :-)
