I'm Andrés, a Colombian filmmaker and audiovisual content-creative producer traveling to NYC on May 14th (arriving on the 15th) to help a friend with a project this summer (just three months:August 13th) looking for a room or sublet... From 500 to 750 month... Please Take the time to read it all...

I'm in the same potition of many of you and your offers, I mean:
- many doubts if I'm talking to a real and safe person on the other side
- trying to find a good and secure deal

I've talked with a few people and here are some answers I've responded just to let you know me:

- I'm from Bogotá Colombia, 29 close to 30's,
- I have my tourist visa and I'm planing to keep it
- I'm not traveling to work or find a job, but my friends project is going to help me with the rent and I'm doing it becaouse I like to be productive on my vacations and I like the project ... So...
-... I have my own job and company here in Bogota and even if I have the dream to take my art and stories to all over the world, I'm happy here and whenever I decide to be an inmigant I'll do it on the right and legal way.
- I'm 4:20, LGBTQ, pet, music, art, food, and kind of anything friendly, except for not sincere people.
- I'm an organized, responsable and respectful person, I like to know new people, share stories and go with the flow of life: "if it's meant to be it will be"
- Everything has a good and perfect moment and space, lets party on party time, let stay calm, relaxed and quiet when the moment needs it, but in general I'm a sociable person.
- I'm now in Bogotá but my friend or someone who manage the budget of the project are the ones to take the final decision about the price, so I think cheaper is better, starting from 500 monthly and I think with a maximum of 750. I'm helping with the room search and establishing contact between all the parties to reach a good deal. THEY WILL PAY THE TOTAL DEAL IN ADVANCE.
- The project is based on St Albans, Jamaica, so I think offers in Brooklyn, Bushwick, Ridgewood, or areas "closer" and safe to St Albans are good, but I like to find a good place for not project moments, and to keep knowing NYC, so if the offer it's with good transportation-time option and we'll located I will consider it.
