ABOUT ME

My friends say I am a sweet person with a lot of energy and I am fun. They also tell me I am very good at making yummy food. Unlike many folks, I like change. This entices most of my friends to keep in regular touch with me so they can stay up-to-date with all my current interests and activities. I love living my life and I like freedom. I am loyal too and have been married to the same sweet man for many years.

Interests

My passion is for living a healthy life. I really enjoy felting, organic gardening, ethnic music & dance. I am a community activist and play well with others creating community non-profits and neighborhood events. I find whole systems designs like Permaculture & Naturopathy (I am a Naturopathic Physician) very stimulating. I like people of all ages.
Fermenting is another passion- Kombutcha or Kimchee anyone?

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was a midwife for 10 years (including my apprenticeship). That was awesome work! New life coming into the world.
Working with the Master Permaculturalist Sepp Holzer was also an incredible learning experience. He could walk the Earth and know what was below the surface. He became each element of Nature and that is how he knew what they needed to thrive!
I have seen my children grow into fun, kind, and mature adults! That is amazing!
