ABOUT ME

We are a multicultural married couple.
Emilien, born in France, has always travelled a lot throughout the world and leave for more than a year in the US, China and Canada. Really like to organize trips and meet new people.
Xinhan, born in China, has lived in Shanghai for most of her life. She then started to discover travel with Emilien, first in China then all around the world. Is eager to discover a lot of new things and people. Very sociable!
We as a couple met in 2004 and got married a year later. Since then we lived in Canada and in France, working for 5 years in Switzerland. We love outdoor sports and traveling.
We are really easy going and are used to help a lot when hosted by friends. We also love cooking so are really willing to cook for our host a nice dinner!

PHILOSOPHY

Most important thing in the world is to allow people to meet other people from different culture and ensure everybody knows eachother. By doing this we should get a better world!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

New to couchsurfing. we hope to be able to meet a lot of couchsurfers on our way and then if possible host them when we will have a home again (should be in Asia if everything goes well!)

Decided to quit everything (good job, nice car, appartment) to leave on our bike for a long journey!

Teach, Learn, Share

Xinhan love to speak foreign languages and we are both eager to learn or teach foreign languages by meeting people.
For sure we also like sharing travel experiences with people to get/give tips.
