I'm 23 years old girl, who lives in Lille, France.
I've studied social sciences with a cultural development there until my first degree master, in which I did my spring semester in erasmus in istanbul !
I've decided to quit university for two years in between my first degree master and the second one.
I've worked last year in a socio-cultural association about classic musics in France for 9 months, where I was coordinating cultural actions and doing mediation with very different kind of publics.
I'm deeply convinced that cultures of any kind are very important to create social links between people, break the isolation... it's one of the best way to gather people from very different backgrounds!!
This year, I decided to do a 7 months travel, starting in asia where I had the chance to visit Cambodia, Myanmar and Nepal and I'm currently working at the Palestinian Circus School until the end of my visa (7th of april).

I will be back in France in April to finally finish my studies :)

I like sports, theater, museums, musics, travelling... I did gymastic (for 12 years),rugby, volleyball, dance... and I worked as internships or volunteer in a lot of differents cultural structures or festivals in France !

I'm very bad with everything related with technologies, social media... But i'm trying my best !

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It's been years now that I want to create a couchsurfing account but I was always too lazy to fulfill all those questions... Today is my day !!!

I want to be on Couchsurfing because from what I experienced with my previous travels, I think the best way of getting to know a country is by going there, to discover by yourself the beauties, the issues, the local culture and most important : the local people of the country you're visiting.
So I think couchsurfing is one of the best way for that ! it gives you the opportunity to talk and to share your experience of the country with people who are living in, to have debate and to be able to understand it better, to have a deeper comprehension :)

I would also be happy to welcome couchsurfers in Lille because it's a city that I truly love and in which I could give a good beer/food/architecture/local events tour ! (and we have a loooot of very funny events !! Google La Fete de la Soupe (soup festival/competition), Carnaval de Dunkerque, Braderie de Lille... )

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen all kind of musics !! The one which gives me a very good mood are hiphop music and cumbia !
I -like everyone I guess- like good movies, but I don't have one specific in my mind. I like to learn something out of the movie I watch (it could be political, cultural, historical...). Recently I've seen a mexican movie called Güeros, which talks about students during the university strikes in 1999 that I really liked ! Good plot and beautiful way of shooting. I also watch a lot of series !
But that's not such a good thing because now I don't read so much... I started to read again during my travel though, thanks to a life without computer !
