Couchsurfing is a great experience to learn about the country you visit. Stories and advices of locals are very useful because this helps to explore much more than in package tours. Being helpful and polite is great because it always comes back to you. I believe that where are no borders and no matter of nationality or political stuff we are all people and we are all the same.
